Most people don’t know that there is an easy way to open your 3rd eye. But, you must be persistent because many have given up just before it’s about to happen.
If you see blue, white or purple colors while you meditate, then you are very close to opening your third eye. At this point, most people would give up because they think they are not able to move to the next stage.

Well, the alpha state is happening to our mind just before we fall asleep. Channeling becomes the most conductive when our brain is in this state and we are also able to receive visions while we are in this state.
You will need to relax your brain when you are in your bed as you would do it if you were about to meditate. The experience of having a third eye will happen right about then. You will experience seeing or hearing things, but one thing for sure is that you will see one image that will flash before your eyes while they are closed. At the beginning this image will not last very long, you will need to learn how to stay focused and relaxed if you want it to last longer. Once you are able to do so, you will have no problem seeing that image whenever you want.
